We've been trying to refinance since 2009!!! They've not helped us in any way...

We were desperately that we even paid a company to be the middleman for us.. Bad idea! They made every excuse possible , never returned messages, no correspondence , said they never received out packets , etc..

One time I was on he for 78 minutes.. Really?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
