I closed my account on the 9th of January 2013 due to them charging me everytime I would make an automatic payment from my checking account.
Well, low and behold I said I owed money to Metabante because they had made a payment on my behalf on the 31st of December 2012. Who is Metabante you ask? They are supposedly the third party business Flagstar does business with.
When I closed the account, Flagstar told me I was good to go, I did not owe anything and they did not owe me.
I then received the call from Metabante and told me what had happened. Therefore, my complaint is that Flagstar should have situational awareness that there is still monies pending to their former customer out there with their third party business Metabante...
