Dear Management Team of Flagstar

I am Zahirul Islam ( Pre Approved ) writing this formal complaint letter for public SOCIAL media and the management of Flagstar Bank Mortgage authority to let them know that they thing what their employee think that customers are idiot and they are walking in the street for their loan and they have no value and respect in the US society .

This is to complain against above two official Matthew Moss NMLS # 812624 and Saverio Laconis

in regards to the scheduled meeting of 5/4/2018.

I have a scheduled appointment with Matthew Moss at 1 pm on 5/4/2018 and as I was late he told me by text that he is leaving ( in reply of my text that I am late ) and his Manager Saverio Laconis will meet me who is in the office at this moment .

We reached in the ground floor of the building 990 Stewart Ave Garden City NY from our home Bay Shore 11706 at 1.09 pm and signed in the attendance sheet at 1.10 pm ( Another person also signed at 1.10 pm ). Took the lift and reached the Flagstar Bank Reception at 1.12 pm accordingly .

After reaching in front of the reception of Flagstar Bank met a lady and tell her we are in a hurry and please tell this to Saverio about this and request him to meet us for a minute to say hallow as our meeting schedule was fixed with Matthew . As a courtesy I must honor Matthew .

10 minutes passed then I requested again the lady and she said she sent message by messenger already and he is coming

Then I found a man and I requested him too , said he already told him .

Again I requested both the lady and the man that we ( my wife is along with me as well ) need to leave as we cannot meet any more . They both said they told Saverio two times each .

Finally at 1.24 pm I left the Flagstar office as we feel so insulted and unprofessional attitude received from Flagstar employees that make us taking this decision we do not need any loan from here

They cannot respect a customer who is waiting in their office and Flagstar officer is so busy that he cannot meet the customer who is waiting in their office reception who gave 3 times reminder already.

We strongly request you to check the CCTV footage during our stay time from ground floor to till left the Flagstar office .

May be loosing a poor customer like us do not pay any impact to Flagstar in no means but this is a very unprofessional attitude of Saverio and this is a failure of the management of Matthew who do not ensure proper customer care with his so called colleague

We will communicate this incident in our friends and family , social NETWORKING site as well as with in our community the behavior we received so that we will nit refer your name to our worst enemy .

I am enclosing my PAL for your reference and for your next step of your action on Saverio who is a worthless employee of Flagstar and ruining your business and the second man Matthew who is so blind and saving and covering Saverio's fault intentionally .

I would like to request you to see the TEXT exchanged with me and Metthew's cell phone to see how the situation turned in unacceptable position.

One piece of information I must share that, my contract is signed by both of the parties and just waiting Flagstar appraisal this week and yesterday I have to face this and Thanks to God who open my eyes to reject your proposal due to the attitude of Matthew Moss NMLS # 812624 and Saverio Laconis

Where they both say sorry but finding my faults , where as Matthew understand this is his Managers fault when my Agent Ms. Denise phoned him he confess this to her during the conversation yesterday .

My Agent was so depressed as to why I am cancelling the Contract of Flagstar . I told her they do not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SUPPORT who is in front of them .

Business is not so easy even for AMAZON and APPLE and FACE BOOK

If Flagstar management is happy with their performance and proud of such an efficient employee in their team then this is their own happiness. We have nothing to point out !!!!!!

We as a poor customer only suggest to give them a CERTIFICATE of BEST PERFORMANCE OF the year 2018 also do not forget to give them INCREAMENT for their OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE EMPLOYEES for Flagstar.

This is a formal complaint against Mattehew Moss and his clerk Saverio Laconis who is located in 990 Stewart Ave Garden City NY

Please review why this happens whether they need more training ???? or not and who is at fault and what is the remedy .
