I called about My outstanding line of credit Loan I enquire about the Loan paid, $30.00 was charged to the account I request those fees to be wave. She placed my on hold while she talk to management about the fees.
She ask for my Telephone # so the management can call me back.. with their decision. Why is there Costumer service Help; If can't any authority In the decision making Process. Where is the costumer attention; $30.00 Fee for Information that should be Free and posted in the account .
Charging for Email or Fax Does not Make it ok!
