SUPPOSINGLY IN DECEMBER OF 2012 MY HOME WENT TO FORECLOSER I THOUGHT MY HOME WAS IN A SHORT SALE THEY TORE THE LOCK OF MY HOME AND THREW IT ON THE PORCH.TRIED TO CONTACT THE PERSON HANDLING MY ACCOUNT HE WONT ANSWER THE PHONE NOR GIVE ME THE COMBINATION LOCK NUMBER TO GET MY BELONGINGS ANDTHEY LOCKED MY GARARGE..I GAVE NOT AUTHORIZATION.AND I HAVE REDEMPTION FOR 6MTS WHAT HAPPEN TO THAT..FLAGSTAR OMG. why WAS I NOT NOTIFIED..ABOUT MY OWN HOME..MY AGENT SAYS HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WOW..I NEED JUSTIFICATION

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Same thing just happened to one of my short sales.It's not in foreclosure either!

Flagstar cut off lockbox and locked my client out of their house!! Awful practice!

I've never had a bank do this with any of my properties when we are in the middle of negotiations.
